Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Human Resources (Staff Data, Analytics & Reporting) will be responsible for HR Management Information Systems (MIS), data integrity, reporting, and analytics. The role involves ensuring accuracy in HR data, generating reports, supporting HRIS processes, and enhancing workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HRIS, data analytics, reporting tools, and HR operations within an international or financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data Management & HRIS Administration
- Serve as the HR data management specialist, ensuring data integrity in all HRIS systems.
- Oversee HRIS processing, including data entry, validation, and quality control.
- Ensure timely onboarding and contract renewal data entry, in collaboration with the Talent Management Team.
- Maintain staff records, payroll data, and benefits information with strict confidentiality.
HR Reporting & Workforce Analytics
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and dashboards for management meetings.
- Provide HR metrics on staffing, turnover, compensation trends, and talent development.
- Support budgeting, workforce planning, and insurance reports with HR data insights.
- Develop ad hoc reports based on business and compliance requirements.
HR Process & System Optimization
- Act as the primary liaison for all HR system-related support and enhancements.
- Ensure the security, access, and workflow design of HR data management systems.
- Conduct data audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and enforce compliance with HR policies.
- Assist in managing HR document archives using Electronic Document Record Management Systems (EDRMS).
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with AML, GDPR, data protection, and HR regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit requests, providing accurate HR data and documentation.
- Work closely with the HR Helpdesk to resolve employee data queries.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR, SHRM-CP) and Data Analytics is an added advantage.

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR data management, HR analytics, or HRIS administration in an international organization or financial institution.
- Experience managing HR systems, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management systems.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Expertise in HR analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms).
- Strong experience in HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Knowledge of data integrity, compliance frameworks, and reporting best practices.

Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French, Arabic, or Portuguese is a plus).
- High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism in handling HR data.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
