Babacar Ndiaye Lectures 2021: The Importance of Science, Technology and Innovation in the Transformation of African Economies under the AfCFTA

This Publication is a product of the Fifth Edition in the Babacar Ndiaye Annual Lecture Series. For the second consecutive year, the lecture was held virtually on October 20, 2021 due to the COVID - 19 pandemic. Held under the theme " The Importance of Science, Technology and Innovation in the Transformation of African Economies under the AfCFTA", the keynote address was delivered by Her Excellence Professor Ammenah Gurib- Fakim, Former President of the Republic of Mauritius, a World-Renowed Scientist and 2007 Laureate of the L'Oreal-UNESCO For Women in Science Awards.
